If the piece of Legendary equipment has an Aspect that’s really worth it, take it to the Occultist located in Kyovashad and extract it. Keep in mind, although, in case you imprint an Aspect onto an object, you can't extract it and get it lower back.

When you must promote gear in Diablo four
Here’s when we advocate you sell gear in Diablo four:

You need gold to shop for different objects.
You don’t have any tools or guns worth upgrading.
