2. Technical parameters of the high-efficiency copper dissolving tank

The working pressure of high-efficiency copper dissolving tank is 6kg, the storage medium is dilute sulfuric acid, copper, the concentration of sulfuric acid is ≥ 100g/L, and the concentration of copper is ≥ 130g/L. The design working temperature of high-efficiency copper dissolving tank is not higher than 95 ℃, and the working temperature is 85 ℃. The high-efficiency copper dissolving tank is designed for self insulation, no longer using plate heat ex-changer for heating, and no need to access steam.

The copper dissolving capacity is 200 kg/h, and the copper storage capacity of each main tank is 10 tons. The copper storage capacity of the system is adjusted according to the number of main tanks (can be negotiated). Two main tanks are equipped, and the copper storage capacity is 20 tons. Two main tanks can work in turn, one for standby and one for use. Each tank is equipped with four water inlets. Two DN50 magnetic pumps with PVDF pump heads are equipped. Each main tank has a copper dissolving capacity of 100 kg/hour. Copper material is fed every four days.
